- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

- Gift cards
- Worn or damaged items (not due to our error)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days.
