  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Worn or damaged items (not due to our error)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days.
